If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please call us at 844-JHW-PART. We will refund your money. If you are experiencing a problem with a part after installation, please call us at 844-JHW-PART. Please have your original invoice number and vehicle information available for any questions that may arise. Most of our product is warrantied for a minimum of one year. Some products offer lifetime warranties depending on the brand of the product.
OE Fit and Form:
It can be frustrating to order a part, and upon delivery realize that it does not fit your vehicle. You can be assured that all the parts we carry will fit the vehicles that they are listed for. If a product does not fit the vehicle that it is listed for, Hiester Wholesale Parts will make arrangements for a return or an exchange for the correct part. If you suspect you have received an incorrect item, please call us toll free at 844-JHW-PART. If the part was cataloged, boxed, or picked incorrectly we will promptly refund all charges or exchange the item at no additional cost.
No longer want or need an item:
Should you determine that you do not want an item that is still in brand new condition you may return it to us within 90 days of the original purchase date (excludes special ordered items). Please call 844-JHW-PART to arrange a return. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund.
